Spondylo-Lysthesis is a condition in which there is a slipping of one vertebra over the other causing backpain and radicular pain in legs. We do minimally invasive surgery ( MIS) in which we reduce the slip and do Endo TLIF by UBE ( Endoscopy ) by 4 micro-incisions. ENDO-TLIF is a Surgical procedure on Spine done after discectomy of L4/5 or L5/S1 levels. The disc is completely removed by UBE Endoscopic Discectomy and replaced with a disc spacer which helps in fusion of that level. Patient is able to sit,stand and walk on 2nd day itself. Here is a case of Endo TLIF for Grade-2 Lysthesis of L5/S1. The X rays and photo and videos are self explanatory.
