Ultra MIS Fixation of Lumbar Spine, for even Grade 2 Spondylolysthesis ( Unstable Spine)

 We perform Ultra MIS Fixation of Lumbar Spine, for even Grade 2 Spondylolysthesis ( Unstable Spine). In this 41 year old female patient, who had significant Pars defect of B/L L5 causing unstable Gr-2 Lysthesis of L5/ S1 , as seen in flexion extension X rays.She was suffering from back pain and severe radicular pain in Left leg. TLIF ( Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion) of L5-S1 was performed by UBE ( Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy of Spine) -with only 4 Small incisions for the 4 screws and TLIF ( PEEK) cage placed by UBE Endoscopy through the same incisions.
