Long term Ankle joint pain and swelling in young adults can be caused by OCD ( Osteochondritis Dessicans)of Talus bone . Diagnosis is by X rays and MRI. It is treated by Ankle joint Arthroscopy and Transplant of Osteochondral Graft from same patient. These pictures and videos show how it looks and how it is treated by Surgery.
