Spondylo-Lysthesis

 Spondylo-Lysthesis is a condition in which there is a slipping of one vertebra over the other causing backpain and radicular pain in legs. We do minimally invasive surgery ( MIS) in which we reduce the slip and do Endo TLIF by UBE ( Endoscopy ) by 4 micro-incisions. ENDO-TLIF is a Surgical procedure on Spine done after discectomy of L4/5 or L5/S1 levels. The disc is completely removed by UBE Endoscopic Discectomy and replaced with a disc spacer which helps in fusion of that level. Patient is able to sit,stand and walk on 2nd day itself. Here is a case of Endo TLIF for Grade-2 Lysthesis of L5/S1. The X rays and photo and videos are self explanatory.

Saving the Meniscus

Here is an example of a Patient who had Medial MENISCUS ROOT TEAR, who was treated by ARTHROSCOPIC ROOT REPAIR, showing the videos of the procedure and how comfortably patient is walking after Root repair.

In this 41 year old female patient, who had significant Pars defect of B/L L5 causing unstable Gr-2 Lysthesis of L5/ S1 , as seen in flexion extension X rays.She was suffering from back pain and severe radicular pain in Left leg. TLIF ( Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion) of L5-S1 was performed by UBE ( Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy of Spine) -with only 4 Small incisions for the 4 screws and TLIF ( PEEK) cage placed by UBE Endoscopy through the same incisions.
