 Rotator Cuff Impingement syndrome is a common shoulder problem in young athletes and older adults also. Patients present with shoulder pain on overhead activities. If physiotherapy, medications and intraarticular injections do not give relief, Arthroscopic surgery is advised. This video shows Arthroscopic Sub Acromial Decompression and Acromioplasty being performed by us by Key-hole incisions.
