This young 39 year old patient from Tajikistan had underwent multiple surgeries elsewhere and presented to us with loosened plates and screws gap non-union of Humerus ( arm bone). We removed the loose Steel screws and plate and successfuly fixed the fracture with Double plates ( Titanium) and bone grafted it successfully. Neurovascular status intact.
