Young lady doing squats after Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction

 ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) is an important Ligament of our Knee, which is damaged/ Torn , due to SPORTS INJURY while playing games like FOOTBALL, TENNIS, SQUASH, BADMINTON,CRICKET etc.the young individuals may have a twisting injury to the Knee joint and fall leading to complete tear of this Ligament (ACL).After Arthrscopic ACL Reconstruction ( A KEY-HOLE SURGERY), this young lady is able to do squats, sit cross legged and able to run and participate in sports again.
