OVCF -Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture

Osteoporosis is a silent disease in which the bones become brittle and prone for fracture without a significant injury. Elderly women are prone for Osteoporotic compression fracture of Vertebrae of backbone . Sudden onset of back pain and severe pain on sitting, standing and walking and even turning on bed or getting up from bed. Patients can get immediate relief , with BALLOON KYPHOPLASTY done under Local Anaestheia, using Needle punctures.

 

Complex Fracture Elbow

 A middle aged Lady sustained a complex fracture of Rt elbow region.There was fracture of Proximal Ulna and radial neck.  It was operated and fixation was done with special plate and screws. Early mobilization was started. She got good functional results and bony union in 3 months.
