Young lady doing squats after Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction
ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) is an important Ligament of our Knee, which is damaged/ Torn , due to SPORTS INJURY while playing games like FOOTBALL, TENNIS, SQUASH, BADMINTON,CRICKET etc.the young individuals may have a twisting injury to the Knee joint and fall leading to complete tear of this Ligament (ACL).After Arthrscopic ACL Reconstruction ( A KEY-HOLE SURGERY), this young lady is able to do squats, sit cross legged and able to run and participate in sports again.

Spondylolysthesis is in simple language unstable spine with slipping of One vertebra over other in the spinal column. Common site is L5/S1 and L4/5. This causes chronic back ache and when not treated progresses to increasing grades of slip with leg pains also. Affects young individuals due to Pars interarticularis fracture of vertebrae, causing unstable posterior elements and spinal column.
